BRIDAL TAILORING APPOINTMENT
Initial Consultation Fee, A non-refundable consultation fee of $90.00 will be charged at your first appointment. However, if you decide to tailor your gown with us, on the same day as your first appointment, the consultation fee will not be applied. (Please note: If you change your mind about having us tailoring your gown with-in the 1 week of the first appointment, the $90 consultation fee will not be refunded back to you.)

Tailoring Policy
Customer that cancels the alteration service more than 24 hours after drop off will be responsible for 100% of the alteration cost. No refunds will be given for rush order if canceled.
Bridal Gown Policy
Initial Consultation Fee:
A non-refundable consultation fee of $90 will be charged at your first appointment. However, if you decided to tailor your gown with us on the same day as your first appointment, we will happily apply the consultation fee towards the alteration cost.
Please note that if you change your mind about having us tailor your gown WITHIN 1 weeks of the first appointment, the consultation fee will not be refunded back to you. If you decided to tailor your gown with us after your first appointment, the consultation fee will not be applied toward the alteration cost.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel the gown alteration service within 1 (one) week after the first appointment for a refund of any deposits made except for the consultation fee of $90. We must receive your cancellation request via email allfittailoring@yahoo.com with your name, phone number, and alteration ticket number.
Cancelation of service after 1 week, your deposit will not be refunded.
Rush Bridal Gown Alteration:
You can cancel the RUSH gown alteration service within 24 hours after the first initial appointment for a refund of any deposit made except for the initial consultation fee of $90. We must receive your cancellation request via email allfitailoring@yahoo.com with your name, phone number, and alteration ticket number.
Request to see Gown between Scheduled Appointment:
If you wish to come in and see or try on your gown between your scheduled appointment, we are to require that you give us a notice a week in advance. However, if your gown is being worked on around the time you want to see it , we have the right to refuse the request but we will try our best to schedule an appropriate date that works for everyone.
Bridal Gown Pick up
Once the gown is picked up NO REFUND, any subsequent work will result in additional cost.
